Accommodations, (Wheelhouse deck) Masters cabin aft of wheelhouse with ensuite(head) bathroom/shower. Cabin has King size bed, t.v., bar fridge, sink and storage cupboards. Aft of Masters cabin is a bunkie accessed aft from the outside with a bunk for one person, storage, 12 volt and 110 electricity. (Main Deck) large salon able to seat 14 persons for meals via 2 large tables and one side table doubles as a tv lounge area, has head( toilet, shower, sink) Forward of the salon is the galley which is fully equipped with a 220/volt range stand up fridge and stand

up freezer, sink, and plenty of cupboard space. The engine room is accessed by raising staircase from galley to salon. Forward of the galley is the V-berth area which has bunk style accommodation for 7 persons and storage space. Aft cabin is accessed through hatch on aft deck (outside) bunks for 4 persons and a sink with some storage area. All walls and ceilings finished in Knotty Pine through-out and covered with fire retardant varnish and or paint.

Deck equipment and ground tackle, gasoline engine powered anchor windlass on bow deck equiped with capstan on port side. Anchor is 300 lb Navy anchor with 220’ of chain. 3 danforth anchors ranging up to 50 lb, 400’ of 1.5” polysteel rope, 300’ of 1” nylon sampson braid, 200’ of 1” polysteel and 1000’ of various lengths of heavy ropes and 300’ of smaller diameter line (less than 1”) all stowed on board. 12’ gin pole (derrick) with lifting capacity of 500lbs with a 12 volt winch. Towing bits on the back of the superstructure, 2 heavy duty tie up posts on starboard side and two on port as well heavy duty stem post.

Steel construction has been well maintained and this vessel is in overall very good condition.
