To be built with epoxy composites and a new 100%
plastic building material with excellent structural properties. Besides being very, very difficult to damage
it also weathers extremely well. These
boats are close to maintenance-free; the cabin roof should be painted once
every 5 – 6 years at a cost of $200 with a good quality 2 part polyurethane
paint. Every structural item on the
vessel is either intrinsically waterproof or is sealed in epoxy with makes it
100% waterproof. Every part of the boat
below the underdeck is plastic or epoxy/fiberglass.
